How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in screen and follow the email link to set a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, then Legal or Account options, and choose “Delete account.” Deleting your Sermon Log account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel any active subscription in the store first. If you need a public deletion guide, visit /delete-account.

How do I manage my subscription?

Manage subscriptions through the store account used for purchase.

  • On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
  • On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

How do Android purchases work?

Android subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play. The subscription may appear under the Google account or payment profile that completed checkout. Use that Google Play account when managing, canceling, or restoring your subscription.

How do I restore Pro?

Sign in to the Sermon Log account that owns the subscription, make sure the same App Store or Google Play account is active on the device, then tap Restore on the Pro screen. If no active subscription belongs to that Sermon Log account, the account remains Free.

Can I use Pro on a different Sermon Log account?

Pro access is tied to the Sermon Log account that purchased or restored the active subscription. If you sign in with a different Sermon Log account, Restore may not unlock Pro for that account. If you lost access to the original account, contact support and include the store receipt email or order information.
